KeygenGo is distributed through the Mac App Store, and all purchases are subject to Apple's standard refund policy. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase, and here's everything you need to know about our refund process:

  1. 01 Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID
  2. 02 Select KeygenGo from your purchase history
  3. 03 Follow Apple's refund request process and provide the reason for your refund request
  • All refund requests are handled directly by Apple, not by KeygenGo
  • Refund eligibility is determined solely by Apple's terms of service
  • Trial periods (3 days for monthly plan, 7 days for annual plan) are provided to help you evaluate the software
