At KeygenGo, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We believe in absolute transparency: we do not collect, store, or process any personal data or usage information . Our software operates with complete user privacy in mind.

The only network activity that occurs within KeygenGo is:

  • License validation with keygen.sh service for activation purposes
  • Direct data transfer between users and keygen.sh service, which we do not monitor or store

We implement a zero-knowledge approach:

  • No data collection or storage - we maintain zero user data on our servers
  • No tracking or analytics - we don't monitor how you use the software
  • No third-party data sharing - your information stays private and secure

License management is handled securely through keygen.sh service. We act solely as a facilitator for the license validation process and do not store or process any license-related data on our servers.

While KeygenGo does not collect personal data, we respect and comply with the GDPR for our EU users. Under GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Right to Access - You can request confirmation of whether any personal data is being processed
  • Right to Be Forgotten - You can request the deletion of any personal data
  • Data Portability - You can request transfer of your data to another service

Since KeygenGo operates on a zero-knowledge basis and does not collect personal data, most GDPR rights are automatically fulfilled. The only data processed is license verification through keygen.sh, which is necessary for the performance of our contract with you (Article 6(1)(b) of GDPR).

When you purchase KeygenGo from the Mac App Store:

  • All payments and transactions are securely handled by Apple's App Store
  • We only store necessary license verification data to validate your purchase
  • Your payment details are handled entirely by Apple and are never accessible to us
